Ribbon Cartridge Can Ribbon Cartridges Be Refilled?

I have a Samsung sp2020 photo printer and can not find the original. but are quite expensive and would cost less than 25 pence per picture, while I do in the shops can 7p. Is there any type of tape cartridge filling, or at least compatible cartridges are less expensive coffin?
