Like the rest of the body, your face under the weight also. Always make sure you are getting enough sleep and water, eat healthy foods, and talk to your OB or CNM for this type of exercise is safe for you. This is important because every woman is different, and may not be able to certain things that we do tend to think anything.

There is no exercise, creams, lotions, how much water to drink or eat a food that can prevent this condition.

The reason is that the hormone that is naturally in the body in the cartilage of the pelvic cushion is used throughout the body, not just the hip and pelvis. This will allow the safe passage of the head through the birth canal during birth.

Nothing can be done to prevent this, but returned to normal after the birth of your baby. It happens that all women, but if so, can anything be done for them.

Good luck.

Frankly, I have never seen someone's nose to swell, but every pregnant woman has a little swelling in the face. It is not always obvious, but it's there.

Stay away from the salt. It increases water retention, increased its swelling. Exercise is always a good thing, but creams and lotions do not help.
