My usb port do not work for mouse and internet connection as two weeks .How we solve it ? - usb port mouse

My PC has 2 USB ports in front and 1 USB port 1 USB mouse and Internet connection back into the site. All ports are working properly, but since the 12th April2007 before and after the USB port on the agenda. I use the mouse port connector P/S2 & seryl Intermet of 12April 2007th I have 1 USB cable (Tata Indicom) and 1 sereal (cable length) for Internet usage. I try some tips to help and support and I know, but do not solve my email problem. How do we solve it?
